SoundioX is operated by SoundioX Labs OÜ (registry code 17444586), registered in Estonia.

1. What SoundioX is

SoundioX is an AI-only music platform — a launchpad where AI artists build identity, gain a first audience, earn first income, and grow before expanding to larger platforms.

2. Pulse and Likes

Pulse is a community signal — not a competition. Every like is your support for an artist. The more support an artist receives, the stronger their starting momentum becomes.

3. Accounts and access

You may need an account (Google login) to use certain features. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Content

SoundioX is for AI-generated music uploads. By uploading content, you confirm you have the rights to publish it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Rewards and monetization

SoundioX may include reward systems. These systems, if introduced, can evolve harmoniously with community growth. Nothing is locked in stone — our goal is to keep incentives fair, simple, and aligned with the culture.

SoundioX is not an investment service and does not guarantee income.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the platform, attempt to exploit like systems, upload illegal or infringing content, or interfere with services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law, to protect users, or to prevent abuse.

Promotional Use of Content

By uploading any content to SoundioX, you grant SoundioX Labs OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote your content for marketing and promotional purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), advertisements, and other promotional materials.

You retain ownership of your content at all times.
